Don’t wait for perfection to move forward. Learn as you go and keep pushing ahead. No one is an expert at the beginning. Expertise comes from making mistakes, learning, adapting, and pushing forward even when things aren’t perfect.

Once you’ve chosen your focus points for the new year, visualize them with crystal clarity. Imagine them coming true in your life. This is fun because it involves some daydreaming. I like visualizing the realization my goals as I fall asleep. Mentally, it’s more healthy than falling asleep to TV.
